The ‘F2 Website Maintenance & Support’ package, priced at $110 / month (inc GST), provides 2 hours of service per month in any area relating to your website broken down into 8 x 15 minute increments including any of the following services:

• Website content updates and changes.  Changes/updates and general website design work including style-sheet updates (CSS), image effect manipulation, etc., ensuring that your content is updated and relevant at all times.
  
  
• Comprehensive, ongoing checks. Corrections of any malfunctioning components, broken link corrections, ensuring that your site is functioning properly.
  
  
• Telephone and email support. Support relating to your website, your newsletter, components and modules, etc.
  
  
• Training and consulting services.  Online training as well as information and recommendations relating to your website, web content display, additional components/modules/services that could be integrated to enhance your website visitor's experience.

In addition, Joomla! users will also have the option of the following:

• Upgrades to Joomla! components and modules that are already installed, including the Joomla! Content Editor (JCE) WYSIWYG editor, the SWMenuPro menu management system, and any other components/modules already installed.
  
  
• 30% off the installation and templating of additional Joomla components and modules as per our standard Joomla! components/modules list.

• Database backup service. $22 / month (Joomla! users only, max. 200MB file.)

Terms & Conditions:

• Service contracts are charged monthly via automatic credit card payment only. There are no contracts and you may stop the service at any time.
  
  
• Clients will be notified when their allocated 2 hours have been completed each month and will be advised of any additional work that may exceed this. Additional hours will be billed at normal rates.
  
  
• Work reports will be issued at the end each month detailing the work completed and any other recommendations.
  
  
• Unused help desk calls, web work and other components are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be rolled forward.
