F2's Implementation schedule and payment terms.
1. Invoice for deposit following confirmation of go-ahead given by the client.
2. Upon receipt of deposit F2 will load of Joomla CMS and commence work on the site/template design / conversion.
3. Once
the design is completed, the design will be cut up and integrated
into Joomla!. An invoice following the completion of the design cut up
will be forwarded to the client for this component.
4. F2 will
then charge for each component following installation and
configuration, with training to be charged weekly as required.
5. Ongoing
support and maintenance, if required, will be invoiced at our standard
rates once the total hours estimated for the project have been reached.
Please note that F2s payment terms are 14 days following receipt of invoice.
