F2 are seeking to employ a self-motivated and keen technology enthusiast to help with the day to day support requirements relating to the many web-based systems developed and implemented by our company for our clients.

- Be living in Perth, Western Australia.
- Be confident, outgoing and a self-starter.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Have a sound understanding of web systems and web technologies.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Be able to work as part of a dedicated team.
- Be a quick learner.
- Be able to train in front of a group of people.
This is a multi-functional role that will include not only the day to day help-desk support for our range of applications, including the Joomla! content management system, but also onsite/online training and the creation and management of support and training documentation.
Whilst a tertiary degree or other qualification in IT is not a pre-requisite, strong merit will be given to applicants who have, are studying towards, such a qualification.
