F2 Shout Out is the F2 solution for managing targeted, mass email marketing communications, data collection requirements for survey/ competition management and reporting, as well as sms campaign management.

Shout Out can be configured to support custom workflow and automation requirements, and the scoping process, communication schedules, form content and survey detail, as well as campaign reporting requirements.

    • F2 Shout has a range of standard key features that come as default settings, these are also able to be extended or further configured as required.

      Shout Out, when integrated with F2 Contact, disseminates all personalised notifications and campaign communications, with ‘calls to action’ pointing recipients to web based (and F2 Contact-generated) forms, the results of which – i.e. purchases, competition entries, etc. – are then stored against each contact’s profile.

Both Shout Out and Contact support SMS notifications, Shout Out for both in-bound and out-bound competitions, and Contact for purchase or event notifications; and

      F2 Shout Out can also be extended with Survey Management to support the collection of large-scale anonymous and complex data, such as multi-tiered questionnaires, where the results can then be calculated,  and custom reporting can allow for the auto generation of graphs and charts either available to export from the system, or collated dynamically into a PDF report template.
