If you're anything like us, you'll be sending out loads of emails every day, sometimes repeating emails for your clients, with information that could be perfect for your website. Sure, you may have them printed out and ready to go, but for some reason you never seem to get around to loading them. Well here's an excellent solution for Joomla! users.

Mail2Joomla is a Joomla 1.5 component that lets you feed your Joomla! website with content by sending it via email through to a specified internal e-mail address. Preferably a seperate mailbox, such as content@your_domain.com, where you can send your (carbon or blind copied) e-mails to. In your Joomla! admin control panel, you pre-configure the Mail2Joomla component to get the emails from that address and then by clicking 'Get E-mails' in the component it will retrieve all the e-mails from that address and insert them as normal article content. Depending on your Mail2Joomla component configuration, the articles can be published immediately or you can elect to modify and style them via the normal article manager prior to publishing them live.  All in all a fantastic idea and one that can potentially save many hours of procrastination!
