Match the Workflow to the Business
There was special attention and discussion about sales and customer management products that help improve the quality of a retail or wholesale customers’ use of the business website. The group reviewed a range of third party and locally developed software solutions for everything from email newsletters and customer contact lists to social media tools that allow customers to discuss and promote their experience with a business.
The conversation wrapped up with a close review of F2’s PlatFForm suite of software. Among the attendees using the F2 PlatFForm tools were wineries running a variety of online sales systems to manage everything from cellar door wine to restaurant reservations to event management. A small segment of the group consisted of project based, business-to-business services. The quote based and industrial groups discussed the opportunities and use of online tools to streamline their sales cycle and project management.
