We have recently implemented the Fireboard forum coponent for our own Joomla!-based website, which will allow our clients and prospective clients to register and seek advice/help on any issues relating to the Joomla! content management system, any 3rd party Joomla! extensions and any F2 'Platfform' components that they may be using. Community West Implement F2's Sellout Event Management System

Community West have recently implemented the F2 Sellout web-based event management system and Joomla! content management system.

Community West needed an event management solution that enabled them to manage a wide range of training courses offered by over 300 of their state government-aligned agencies and organisations. The solution that F2 have offered includes the F2 Sellout event management system, with custom Joomla CMS integration to enable automated logins and registrations between both systems, and customised reporting allowing Community West to report on the provision of training throughout central and regional WA. A login into the restricted member access area allows Community West associates and members to view all upcoming courses via both list and calendar views, register one or multiple people for a course and even allowing registrants to cancel their attendance with automated notifications being flagged and e-mailed through to the event co-ordinatos.

This effectively provides the first round of updates for Community West within the initial scope, however additional integration planned for the future includes exense tracking and custom automated booking and approval response scenarios.

Glide Strategic Implements F2's Sweeper Job Management System

Perth-based design and marketing company, Glide Strategic, have recently implemented the Sweeper job management system developed by F2.

Glide Strategic required a work-flow and job management solution that complemented their existing business processes and was customisable in relation to job types, job specifications and pricing.

South Terrace Urology, South Australia, To Use F2SMS For Instant Patient Messaging

South Terrace Urology (STU) in Adelaide, South Australia, have recently implemented and are now using F2SMS as an instant and secure messaging solution for their patient and practice notification requirements.

Through our South Australian agents, Nexview Systems, STU, have implemented the F2SMS system for fast, secure and efficient messaging to their patients through a web-based administration console that provides levels of access to staff as well as integration with their practice management software solution, VIP, from Houston Medical.

Custom modications implemented at STU's request mean that STU have been able to integrate their patient management system with the F2SMS gateway, allowing a unique interface for the tracking of all messages sent and replies received, as well as reply to email tracking system. Additional modifications include the ability to specify hours of access for their staff as well as custom templates for fast messaging integrated both within the VIP practice management system and F2's F2SMS web interface.
