F2 Pay Station - Now with Joomla! Integration

We are pleased to announce the development of the F2 Pay Station interface and integration with the Joomla! CMS.
F2 Pay Station is the secure online payment gateway solution provided by Foote Francis Pty Ltd, providing our clients with seamless online payment capabilities with both the F2 range of software applications as well as 3rd party Joomla! components. A current project for Swings & Roundabouts winery in Margaret River, Western Australia, required the use of a subscription management system and a secure online credit card payment processing system, for which there are many solutions available. However most of these alternatives require a redirection out to the payment processing company's website to process the payment, with the user entering details into a form that is not directly on the original company's website. Following entry of credit card details, the purchaser is then redirected back to the original website.
With the F2 Pay Station Joomla! component, however, control is passed from the Joomla! shopping cart or subscription processing component, directly to another component (i.e. F2 Pay Station) for the processing of payments internally. This allows for improved security, a more easily understood payment process and greater controls over potential errors such as additional clicks on the credit card payment form. So for our existing and prospective Joomla! clients it means the payment form can be completely branded to correspond with the Joomla! website template, because it is an actual Joomla! component.
