Galafrey Wines are a boutique, family-owned, Great Southern wine producer located in the sub-region of Mt. Barker, and as a small hands-on team, there is always something to be getting on with.

F2 Shout Out is an e-newletter management solution developed by Foote Francis (F2), which has the ability to send branded e-newsletters to contacts on one or more distribution lists, collect survey information via web forms, automatically manage subscribes and unsubscribes, and track basic statistics such as open rates, read rates and click-throughs.

F2 began working with YouthCARE in 2010 and were introduced to the challenge of developing a solution for the collection of data from the YouthCARE website and the automatic creation of branded PDF documents from this captured data. F2 Shout Out was proposed as the solution to better manage and automate YouthCARE's data capture and PDF document generation processes.

Using F2 Platfform for Loyalty Club Management

BACKGROUND
Swings & Roundabouts, a premium Margaret River wine producer, had been running an offline loyalty program for approximately three years using an Excel spreadsheet of contact information combined with Microsoft Outlook to email out program information.

The project to develop this program into an online loyalty club came about because Foote Francis had an existing relationship with Swings & Roundabouts for the original website design, Joomla! content management system implementation and hosting, and were invited with other suppliers to provide a quote for an online solution.

BACKGROUND
Flametree Wines are a premium focused wine producer established in 2007 by the Towner family in Margaret River, and have a vision to become a world recognised winery producing exceptional quality wines with a laid-back style and elegance.

Belinda Hopkins, Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Flametree, approached Foote Francis (F2) in late 2011 with a project to redevelop their existing website in Joomla! integrate the CRM, and increase the information available to customers about the Flametree products online while streamlining administrative processes.

In developing this project, the F2 staff met with Flametree on several occasions, and reviewed the sales and marketing processes used, which assisted in identifying what technologies or custom developed applications could assist Flametree, and the idea for the stockist’s page was formed.

The original website, only allowed the staff of MJB Seminars to add text, pictures and documents about their professional development and personal growth coaching.
